Nederburg, one of South Africa's most decorated names in wine, owes its success to innovation. Nederburg Potstilled Solera, a New World Cognac-style brandy, offers graceful, fruity flavours and a sleek finish that combines two classical techniques to create an exciting new taste experience.
A guided cellar tour at Nederburg reveals the gleaming copper pot still used to distil this precious liquid.
Nederburg offers a brandy, coffee and biscotti tasting and mezze platters in the tasting room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner functions can be held in the Historic Manor House and picnics between November and April.
