Flight of the Fish Eagle Gold Leaf

Ingredients

  • 30ml Flight of the Fish Eagle Brandy
  • 8-12 mint leaves
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 30ml grapefruit juice

Method

A dash of lemon juice. Muddle mint leaves with sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, shake and strain. Serve over ice.

Klipdrift Premium Eldorado Sunset

Ingredients

  • 30ml Klipdrift Premium
  • 20ml Sugar syrup
  • 4 Basil leaves
  • ½ Pear
  • ¼ Lemon grass
  • Top-up ginger ale

Method

Add sugar syrup to shaker. Muddle with lemon grass, add basil, thereafter add pear. Add other ingredients. Shake. Strain.

Ingredients

  • 37.5ml KWV5
  • 1/5 Chilli
  • ½ Bar spoon of powdered cinnamon
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 1 Spoon of Pineapple & Mango jam
  • 50ml Clear apple juice

Method

Bash chilli with cinnamon powder. Add syrup and other ingredients. Shake with ice. Double strain over ice.

  • 12.5ml Peach syrup
  • 12.5ml lemon juice
  • 1tsp marmalade

  • 30ml KWV 3 Year Old
  • ¼ Lemon grass
  • 1 Spoon Raspberry jam
  • 50ml Cranberry juice

Method

Muddle jam with lemon grass. Add other ingredients. Shake. Strain.

  • 12.5ml Gingerbread Syrup

Method

Shake & strain.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Martell VO Brandy
  • 10ml Triple sec
  • 10ml Fresh lemon juice
  • Ice

Method

Shake all the ingredients together with ice. Strain into a martini glass.

Method

Blend all the ingredients together. Pour into a long glass.

Method

Shake all the ingredients together.

  • 1/3 Vanilla pod
  • ½ Granadilla
  • 50ml Pineapple juice

Method

Muddle granadilla and vanilla with sugar syrup. Add other ingredients. Shake. Strain.

  • 30ml Mellow-wood 3
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 4 Coriander leaves
  • 37.5ml Pineapple juice

Method

Muddle coriander with sugar syrup. Add other ingredients. Shake. Strain.

  • Clear apple juice
  • 25ml Oude Molen 100 Reserve
  • Dash of Lime Cordial
  • Top-up with Ginger ale

Method

Shaken and topped with ginger ale.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Richelieu
  • 4 Thyme stalks (small)
  • 20ml Gifford's honey syrup
  • 50ml Apple juice

Method

Muddle time with Gifford's honey syrup. Add other ingredients. Shake. Strain.

Method

Build ingredients into glass with crushed ice. Stir.

  • 10 Mint leaves

Bash ginger, add mint and syrup. Muddle. Add other ingredients, except the ginger ale. Shake with ice. Double strain over ice. Top with ginger ale.
