CABRIERE - Franschhoek

The only Franschhoek member, Cabriere is known for its Pierre Jourdan Cap Classiques, yet they are the reason why the Fine de Jourdan is so fine. The Haute Cabriere restaurant, boasting an exquisite view and being a gourmet treat of note, is open for lunch every day, and for dinner in the summer months. A tour and tasting is presented every day at either 11:00 or 15:00 by a member of the Von Arnim family. Achim von Arnim does sabrage, opening a Cap Classique bottle with a sabre, at 11:00 every Saturday.
